Joe responds to messages very promptly. He was helpful and explained that he only came near my area on a certain day. He further asked me to text him on the morning in question to give him my full address and postcode. He arrived some time later and duly removed my items as I requested. It was such a relief that this was done as one previous company had told told me they would collect my item but never turned up despite the fact that I had chased them up. No such worries with Joe my item was collected with the minimum of fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenland Recycling.
